Kitchen Renovation Hales Corners

Renovate or remodel? That is often the question. Remodeling goes deeper; changing a layout, reworking mechanicals, possibly changes to the homes structure. A renovation works with the existing structure to update finishes and fixtures. This is a great example of the power or a reno! When the double ovens died and the desk turned drop zone was a hindrance not a help, we reworked the oven wall by redesigning the cabinetry for updated appliances and storage while custom matching the existing cherry cabinetry in style and finish for a seamless look. While working with the existing wood floor and beautiful cherry cabinets, a modern update was achieved through the specification of veined quartz tops, a large scale backsplash with graphic detail behind the range and an updated lighting scheme. Under cabinet lights were added, recessed lights were updated to LED and a drop soffit over the island was removed visually heightening the space.
